Making changes to this team is what SP said. Then, he chickened out. Changes?? What changes? What SP did was a complete joke. It's still the same ol, same ol modus operandi. Changes that needed to be made weren't, like ST coach who has had the worst ST's in the league since he came here. The ST's are laughable to say the least. O-Line coach, our O-Line has steadily gotten worse year after year. LB coach, A, we've NEVER been able to draft even a decent LB. Any LB that has been any good, we've had to get from another team. Our LB coach has NEVER developed even a starting caliber LB on his own. D-Line coach, there are O-Lines that we've faced that are a joke and we can't even get one sack against. We have probably the most inconsistent D-Line in the league. One year they're good the next they're the worst in the history of the league. So SP comes out and says changes are coming and what does he do? He fires the Riprish, ok that 's a pretty good start, then some other lacky assistant coaches and everything else is status quo. What the h....? No changes that could possibly affect the play of this team. Just lip service. There were better coaches out there and we didn't even try to get them. I'm looking very seriously at what this team does in FA and the draft this year, and if it's the same ol, same ol, I'll just check in at the end of the season and see if we do better than 6-10 cause this team is on the down slide and I don't think we've seen the commitment necessary to get this team back to where we were just 5 years ago.
