i\'m glad HE isn\'t discouraged. at least he isn\'t in the buffet line yet. tho terms of his contract were not disclosed i noticed in glancing that many 2nd rounders got signing bonuses over a million bucks. you can raise a lotta pit bulls in opelousas for that much. okay, here\'s hoping... wes chandler not lindsay scott.

Henderson not discouraged...
The only problem I can see with DH, in my opinion, is that we already have \"him\" on our roster. I describe him as a \"slightly undersized, speedster\". I would say that he really can\'t contribute much if Stallworth would produce - as we have a lot of \"slightly undersized, speedsters\" - but if DH becomes consistent in his ability to catch the ball then he is an upgrade.
It still doesn\'t fill the need we have, however. We need a big, over-the-middle, possession receiver. In some teams the TE fills that need, but out TEs - well, they leave a little to be desired. Unless e upgrade our TEs to get that guy, we need a possession WR. That\'s not Devery. Just my thoughts... |
