Saints sign CB Brandon Browner

browner would bring a nasty attitude

williams would add professional steady consistency

go with the cheaper of the two. can not loose either way. one will get less flags

though Lewis and Browner would change the entire mind set of the secondary.

question is

for the good? or the bad?
