If we send Brees out of here, either we have a real good feeling about a QB or we are tanking due to the family issues with Benson. I don't believe we are letting Drew go. I think SP is sending a message that things have changed, get on board or gtfo.
We are retooling oline and will make moves on d to be competitive on that side of the ball and for our o to be dynamic again. Could be wrong though |

Drew is not going anywhere. We all know that. By reportedly opening up the roster - at least the mere mention of it - lights fires and puts everyone on notice. Not a bad thing coming off the year we just did.

The NFL has a Madden-esque quality about it this offseason. I guess anything is possible. If the Saints don't win this season, next years offseason will include a true house cleaning.
