Ah ha! Now those are some better views.
Benson has not been cheap with this team. As owner, however, he has some responsibility for how the team performs - how, when, and where he spends his money is critical. I agree that he is a factor in how this team performs. [Edited on 23/1/2005 by JKool] |

Why are the Saints different
Haslett: I\'m glad Haslett didn\'t get fired, here are a few reasons.
Who else would be a better coach than Haslett that is available today, I asked myself that question and couldn\'t come up with anyone. Second: Towards the end of last season I wondered if the players wanted to play for him, the players have spoken by saying that it wasn\'t Haslett who was at fault for the bad games it was the fault of their own and played for his job towards the end of this season winning the last 4 games. 3rd: I feel that most of the problems are in the front office, Benson being one of them, Benson to me is a very selfish owner, when he cancelled the Christmas party I lost the little respct that I had for Benson, his team was playing hard I feel even when they were losing, the team just came together to late. Even with my comment towards Benson I still thank him for buying the Saints keeping them where they belong, here in Louisiana. As for Brooks, I have nothing positive to say about him right now so I won\'t comment on him, but I will say this, he was one of the players who worked hard this season I\'m sure his players also lost respect for him as their boss LongTimeFane |
Rest In Peace JoeSam, thanks for everything my friend.
