am I the only one not all that thrilled by Bud Dupree? Someone tell me why I should like this pick? He sounds like a semi project. I'd rather get smokey from Nebraska if he falls to this spot???

No you are not. There is another poster here who is a Kentucky season ticket (I think) holder who stated that Dupree is a work in progress.

I would only consider taking him if he slid down to the 2nd round.

I'd take Scherff in a heartbeat... these guys have him anywhere from 8 to 18. Good safe pick

I don't know enough about the mid round O-line prospects. I know that Collins or Scherff can start day one and help the Saints get first downs behind them. I'm willing to invest high draft picks at the guard/tackle position this year to extend Drew's playing time.

Although from what I've read on this board Marpet(sp?)sounds like an intriguing prospect in the third round.

Yes, Heuerman (OSU) in the 3rd. Best all-around TE in the draft and not a replacement for Jimmy (he can block...and not just DBs).
