Twitter, Instagram Ect. VS Sports Sites
I'll try to keep this as short as possible. I am seeing a systematic move in how sports information is now delivered. For me personally, it is Saints & Pelicans. I may be outdating myself, but I remember the days of coming on here to get all of the latest news on our Saints. To be honest, Twitter shoots direct info so quickly that it almost feels like we are in a transformation era of accumulating sports info as fast as possible. It is a crazy movement but true.
I just wanted your thoughts. One last thing. There is 1 thing that Twitter "Social Networking" cannot and will never provide. For me, it is a family type atmosphere where we can discuss our beloved Saints. People are so freaking cynical on these different sites. Yes we have debate here, but the bottom line is we all agree to some extent. I think this topic can reach to some of you all. WHODAT forever!!!! I will always love BNG.com |

Re: Twitter, Instagram Ect. VS Sports Sites
Twitter has been a faster source of info for years. Problem is, it's too fast. You can also post B.S. LIES and misinformation and add #saints and someone will jump on it like it's real.
What's good about Forums and Blogs is it organizes the information in one place. Also, it's the conversations and posts after the info that we care about. You just can't get that interaction on Twitter. Facebook for me is a mess. Full of ads, hard to find exactly what I'm looking for, and did I say already it was full of ads and click-bait? |

Re: Twitter, Instagram Ect. VS Sports Sites
Call me old school but I don't do Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, or Pintrest (whatever the hell that is).
I do have Facebook, but that's mainly to stay connected to all my family down south. Too many athletes get into trouble using social media. Its just not worth it to me. |
