Everybody acting like the Grayson pick was a wasted pick lol. How about the backup tackle at 13 or the barely draftable edge rusher in the second round? Sorry folks, but Loomis is horrible when it comes to the draft.

Peat will see meaningful snaps years before Grayson will. I also wouldn't rule Peat out as a starter at some point past mid season. If Grayson sees the field as a starter in the next two years the Saints will be in the running for the number one overall pick in the next draft.

I don't have concerns on his ability, but I do have concerns on his availability to be on the field due to the fact he BROKE the same shoulder just by lifting a sofa. What is gonna happen to Ryan Griffin? 3rd round pick is a gamble

And that's why they get paid to scout etc, and you don't

I never said he would see the field within the next two seasons, but wouldn't it be nice to have a plan in place rather than gambling on a QB praying he can come in and start like the Buccaneers?
