Another possibility is backup center. I've considered that a team need for a long time, so maybe this something the front office is thinking about with this signing.

The two best OG's we've drafted this century were both College OT's who projected to OG at the NFL level.

That in itself should be plenty motivation to stay focused. Do a good job and he'll earn well enough to atleast pay for his kids college fund.

Wish we would have signed Terry Williams NT 6-1 350lbs.

Big guy with NFL ability, had some issues off the field but could be a very solid 2-gap NT in the NFL.
