He was brought back because the Saints need a 3rd and 4th WR in a bad way. Seriously, who do the Saints have after projected starters Colston and Cooks?

A lot of talent and potential. Unfortunately we have no one proven. Toon is about the only one and he's shown flashes of both good and bad.

I still think we sign a vet or two, and there's always Meachem and Moore looming in the shadows.
