Jonathan Vilma has some advice for Tom Brady about deflategate
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I wouldn't lawyer up. I'd let the NFLPA do it's job. If he sues, it opens Brady up to having all his phone records subpoenaed. Right now everything is circumstantial which will lead to a reduction in suspension... possibly none ...

I wouldn't lawyer up. I'd let the NFLPA do it's job. If he sues, it opens Brady up to having all his phone records subpoenaed. Right now everything is circumstantial which will lead to a reduction in suspension... possibly none at all. Why open up a can of worms when you don't have to? Even if he's completely innocent he's already been made guilty in the public eye. Nothing is going to change that.
