Loomis and Peyton may have done it again, you make the call. The Saints had nine overall picks in the 2015 draft, and let's just say they touched on some needs while also picking practically and entire new defensive unit. After reading around, some draft "experts" rate the Saints draft as high as an "A", while other (like Pete Prisco) give the Saints a "C" for their overall daft score.
New Orleans Saints 2015 Draft Picks are: Round 1, overall pick 13 - OT Andrus Peat from Stanford Round 1, overall pick 31 - ILB Stephone Anthony from Clemson Round 2, overall Pick 44 - OLB Hau’oli Kikaha from Washington Round 3, overall pick 75 - QB Garrett Grayson from Colorado State Round 3, overall pick 78 - CB P.J. Williams from Florida State Round 5, overall pick 148 - OLB Davis Tull from UT-Chattanooga Round 5, overall pick 154 - NT Tyeler Davison from Fresno State Round 5, overall pick 167 - DB Damian Swann from Georgia Round 7, overall pick 230 - RB/KR Marcus Murphy from Missouri HOW DO YOU RATE OVERALL RATE THE SAINTS 2015 DRAFT? Re: Grade the OVERALL 2015 Saints draft?
I'm going to say B+
We've got some very good players that could come in and be immediate starters or at least role players for us. The only reason its not an A for me is because at this moment in time, I have absolutely no trust in Brandon Coleman, Seantavius Jones and very little until proven otherwise in Nick Toon (he played decent late last season) so I would have liked to see us get a WR. |

Re: Grade the OVERALL 2015 Saints draft?
I gave B, a lot of players that I think will contribute and will be on the team in future. I would've like for the saints to pick a OG and wide receiver. This was a vast improvement comparing to last year draft

Solid B+
Wanted to see DT/DE get more focus but outside of that the draft looks good. Can't judge anything until these guys get on the field. |

Re: Grade the OVERALL 2015 Saints draft?
I went B+ as well. I think they addressed most areas of need with solid prospects. I also like the character of most of our picks except maybe PJ Williams but I do agree his talent makes him great value at that selection and worth the gamble. We have a good veteran secondary core and it doesn't concern me.

Re: Grade the OVERALL 2015 Saints draft?
I said B, it is hard to tell, but potential is there
BTW- am I being a complete homer when I say that I feel like Beaseley will flop or be like a 4-5 sack guy per year? |
