Who do you think will be/has been the most instrumental in the changes the team is going through this year? I'm not including the usual suspects that we see in the day to day operations?

Right now it's a tie between Ireland and Allen at four apiece. Apparently, Ireland has been essential in making the right calls for personnel........while Allen is reigning in a group of skitzoid defensive players. It's almost like we got a handler for both Payton and Ryan.

It's closed on another thread, but if you add front office personnel and coaches this past offseason...

Jeff Ireland and Dennis Allen will be as big as any free agent acquisitions for any team in the league...

How do you answer this poll? Unless you working in the organization and you're in the mid season to be able to evaluate the players or coaches that the individual inspired or drafted. This poll is too premature
