Tough video to watch...

While it's easy to see that Galette hits a woman with a belt twice, we have no context surrounding the events that lead to that video.

I did see a man and woman approaching Galette who both seemed to be in attack mode. This is where Jr. could have and should have back peddled his way out of it.

Instead he lashes out wildly and hits a woman at least once on purpose.

The fact that he re-entered the fight is also bad.

Here's my thing:

If this happened in 2013 when did the NFL receive the tape?

Was it sent to the same office as the Ray Rice video? Same desk? Same person??

Did the NFL see the video and if so, why didn't they take action?

Regardless, the right action is to fine and suspend this kid.

Selfishly, I want his contract voided to protect the team.

If not, have you ever thought of a better reason to burn $10 million?

I remember when he said two offseasons ago we needed to have thu*ggery and nasty players on our team. Or something like that.

This happen in 2013 before he signed the contract or disciplinary rules were rewritten. I for one don't excuse his action toward the female but if I was in that same situation I think I'll probably gave her a whipping too. You just don't know what will happen if you amongst a group of individuals who want to do you bodily harm so I give Galette the "American Sniper" pass
