This will help also, and yes, it's the 3-4 primer from Yea Alabama...
 Note: SAM (Strongside) Linebacker is over the Tight End, MIKE (Middle) Linebacker (Usually protected by NT and 3-Tech Tackle/End), WILL (Weakside) Linebacker in middle lined up over the 5-Tech Defensive End, and then the JACK or LEO on the outside of the uncovered (usually Left Tackle) side... |
