According to ESPN\'s John Clayton, there were \"Philosophical\" differences between Mooch and owner rep John York. Word is Steve wanted the title \"Vice President of Football Operations\" but the team said \"no\". Dennis Green and Mora Jr. are rumored to be likely candidates for the job.

Let\'s hope he takes the year off or works TV for one year. Then he\'ll be around after our collapse next year. he he. It will be interesting to see if Jacksonville goes after him.
