It all depends on what kind of deal he has on the table and what he is looking for. He may be unsigned because the interest is low, maybe because his price is higher than what he is getting, or maybe he is weighing offers. I will admit the quiet on his front leads me to believe he may be available on a one-year make good deal.

He wanted 6 million. Maybe he and his agent are waiting out the first major injury, or maybe they are truly playing hardball.

Do we have money after this Galette thing or not..... We are on the hook for Galette's guaranteed money I understand, but as far as if we have cap space now because he is released..... I am unsure.

Galette only gave us 100k in relief this year and cost us 12.1 in dead money next season. So, whatever we had before Galette deal, we have 100k more now, so insignificant.
