Nice point spkb25. AND Belichick manages personnel on his team, and look who\'ve he brought in as lower round picks and undrafted free agents. He knew when to cut players and manage his team. Look at players he cut... example Lawyer Milloy a Probowler. He replaced him with Harrison who everyone thought was over the hill. Your thread and reasoning is a joke.

I have to agree with Papz on this one...

Belichick\'s designs have a way of making good players..play great...

And his team is very smart...you can\'t possibly draft the kind of players he has..they are molded..and taught..through years of intense study..and he has a design down..to make most any team look better than they actually are..

Brady?..who could have guessed he would dethrone Bledsoe in his best days?...the genius in it is..Knowing when to play certain people in certain games..and knowing when to let certain things go..and let others happen....when you really look at it..he has micromanaged this team better then any coach I have ever seen...

He\'s a Genius...and a definite Hall of Famer, first ballot..easy..
