Are the stats misleading, or are we missing it?

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; First half was flat with McCown. Second half Griffen and Grayson were the only bright spots. The two DB's injuries will have to wait and see. No Drew at all. Most of the Who Dat's that I saw there were ...

No Drew at all. Most of the Who Dat's that I saw there were wearing Brees jerseys but they never saw him throw a pass. So I'm thinking all these Who Dat fans from the Balt/DC area dragged themselves to this game to see number 9. You would think they would have had him run a few a sets of plays. I think he gets paid for pre-season games.
However it was good to see a lot of fellow black & gold in the stands. Not to along ago I could count the Who Dat's on one hand at the away games around this area.

It's becoming common to NOT play your best players not just in the 4th preseason game but the first as well.
Look what happen to our CBs. An injury to your 20 million dollar QB would be a huge nail in the coffin.
He should play a ,title in the 2nd, maybe the first half in the 3rd and then none again in the 4th.

I agree it sucks for the fans, but...

I know the protocol and the reasoning but the fans pay the huge salaries. In my opinion there should be at least a Cameo by Brees. Honestly it never bothered me before until I looked around M&T Stadium and saw all the Brees, Colston jerseys.
We sat in front of the play where Browner got smoked couldnt really see what caused him to be carted off. Baltimore had Flacco in for the first quarter then Shaub and the Rookie.
