We have an open man crush on the New England Patriots and Bill Belichick. We seem to be more focused when practicing and playing them in the preseason versus playing the Texans.
In 2006 Payton went to Robert Kraft and asked if we could model our franchise after theirs and the rest is history. If you haven't read Sean Payton's book Home Team I highly recommend it. It gives a really good insight into how the Saints operate.
