When asked the next day about the buzz on the web over it, Payton simply said he hadn’t seen that report.

Haven’t seen the report? Wait…what?

ESPN’s Adam Schefter then confirmed that Spiller did in fact have arthroscopic surgery on his knee so now Payton surely has to give an update because the jig is up right?

Wrong…

Asked about the report by Schefter, Payton simply responded with(you guessed it), “Next question.”

Not sure I understand the point of this topic. Sean will only do the bare minimum that the NFL requires.

Its about media entitlement. And they try to rationalize it by implying that fans and players deserve the exposure.
