Former NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue offered his support Thursday night -- and a suggested pitch -- to New Orleans Saints owner Tom Benson for the city's 2020 Super Bowl bid, according to a media report.
"It'll be the 100th anniversary of the league," Tagliabue said, according to NOLA.com, while presenting an award to longtime Superdome executive Doug Thornton in New Orleans as the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina approaches.
