Sean Payton played the role of full-time dad Wednesday. The New Orleans Saints coach missed practice so he could help move his college freshman daughter, Meghan, into her dorm at Pepperdine University, in California.
Assistant head coach Joe Vitt ran the practice in Payton's place. "She is excited about that, so is Sean, and we all are, so that is where he is," Vitt said. Saints players approved. read more here Attached Thumbnails

How dare he miss practice to go do personal things. Players and coaches need to focus on their jobs. If they want to get married and have kids then fine but do it after retirement.

Why do I have a feeling Sean is going to stay up late and watch the whole practice on a tablet or DVR player, with a yellow legal pad, taking notes, on the plane back home.
