Some things not considered...
Yes we ate the dead money on Grahams contract, but we didn't have to eat the dead money on Unger's contract, that stayed in Seattle. Granted it was only 2.2 million, but that helps. Galette was unavoidable. It had to be done so thats a whopping 5.4 million. 27 million of our 29 million total in dead money comes off the books at the end of this year. We'll be fine. |

No matter how you look at it we have been competitive over the last decade. Most teams would happily worry about their cap to be relevant.
Loomis may sign the checks but Payton does the shopping...... |
