New Orleans Saints turned over half their roster from start of 2014 to now
The New Orleans Saints punctuated a sweeping turnover of their roster on Saturday, choosing to waive cornerback Stanley Jean-Baptiste, a second-round draft pick in 2014.
Three other players from the Saints' 2014 Week 1 roster were also waived or released on Saturday. The 2015 squad, although still not finalized, will have 26 new faces, about half the locker room. Eleven of the newcomers were in college a year ago. Seven were on another NFL team.
