So how far do we have to go to make you satisfied and call it a successful season?
Of course I want a Super Bowl but this year I will be ok if we just make the playoffs and play spoiler for Atlanta, Tampa, and Carolina.
If we make the playoffs and are out early I think that will be enough to really shake things up in the office and spell the end for Ryan, Vitt, McMahan etc and even put Payton on the hot seat. I think we still do have a shot at another title with Brees but if it doesnt come next year it wont happen. |

I'm hopeful we can make the playoffs. Our schedule is not to daunting. Imo, the success we have will depend on our defense. If we can show marked improvement, playoffs is not a far fetched expectation.

If our D is middle of the pack I would bet we have as good a chance as any to make it all the way. I dont see that happening though. I think D will rank in mid twenties. I think that is just enough to make the playoffs if the ball bounces our way. Last year we could have won every game we lost with the exception of the Dallas game and we had one of the ****tyest defenses ever. All of our losses were close.

If this team makes it to 8-8 I'd be Thrilled. My gut tells me this team will be lucky to be 5-11 or 6-10. My reason for such low hope is the defense in god awful. We are counting way too much on rookies. Still not sold on Mark Ingram or the injure waiting to happen to C.J. Spiller. Wr is either old or too young yet. Sean Payton's playbook is as old and Predictable as all hell instead of targeting Jimmy graham 15-20 times a games we are gonna do it with Brandon cooks. Did I mention the defense well we have none

Wildcard - Meh, OK I guess. We could do better.
Division Winner - Expected Playoffs...at least 1 win. It kinda depends on seeding. Even with our current injury problems we're at least a 10 win team. 9-7 would be disappointing. |

11-5. Win the division. Win at least one playoff game.
