How Hot is Sean Payton seat as Head coach

I wasn't in this mindset until recently but I believe it's time to turn this team toward a new direction. Listen Brees isn't getting any younger or better, Payton is getting worse as a HC and is plain bad as a play caller. With the current regime here we will circle the toilet bowl for the next few years. Loomis needs to grow some and cut ties with Payton and Brees, it's time to pass the torch, we have too much talent on this team to be this bad.
