I am done with the insanity that is talking to Gumbo, Billy, whoever he is. I have asked him repeatedly in one thread not to respond to me yet he continues to do so. I am trying to honor you guys' wishes of having a peaceful forum, but ignorance gets to any of us and eventually a response noone wants will be forthcoming. So I ask the mods if you can speak to this guy so he doesn't respond to me, or delete any messages he posts to me before I see them. I really wanna continue to disagree, agree whatever with the other members of the forum, but if the best he can do is personally attack people and take things said about him to undermine another's argument with his warped interpretation, I want no part of it. I am doing this in the most respectful way possible. Please any of you inform this guy he is not to speak to me any more. I will not personally attack him or call him names, but if we are all here to enjoy the forum, that is one way it will be better for me, and probably for everyone else here. Thanks.

I\'m not a mod, Whodi, but I do have an opinion here. In case you\'re avoiding the other thread, I\'m pasting in my response to you in regards to this type of post:

Whodi, all I can say about your problem with Gumbo is take it upon yourself to ignore him if that\'s what you want. He has every right to post about whatever he wishes, whether you agree with it or like it or whatever.

If you post something and he responds to you about it, it is up to you to ignore it if you prefer. From what I\'ve seen you just can\'t help but to respond to him and that\'s not his fault

I understand that, but if someone is gonna try to under-mine what you say, are you just not gonna respond? If I went into threads and said, Scotty is a flip-flopper, because that\'s what people said about me, would you not defend yourself? That\'s what I wanna avoid, having to defend myself cause someone takes quotes from 3 different threads and pieces together a personal attack on my opinions. It\'s easy to say ignore it when it\'s not you. I appreciate your opinon, and I very much like discussing issues with you, but seeing me start a thread and having one guy come in and try to persoanlly attack my opinions is not helping anyone on the board, and that\'s what I want, for the board to be better. Maybe the best thing for me to do it leave like Saints LB because it seems Gumbo ran him off too, but I don\'t see that as fair. Why should I have to leave when I have tried to keep the peace? Why should anyone have to leave if they are following the rules? Oil and vinegar do not mix, but vinegar doesn\'t seem to get what this oil is saying repeatedly in an effort to keep the peace so I asked for help.
