Joe Morgan is back
Saints resign Joe Morgan per Nick Underhill
The New Orleans Saints have brought back wide receiver Joe Morgan, one week after releasing him. "We're happy to have him back," Saints quarterback Drew Brees said. Morgan was released in the final wave of cuts on Sept. 5, but a source indicated at the time that Morgan had been told he would be re-signed once the Saints were able to move some players around on their roster. The situation was similar to Robert Meachem's last season, when he was also released in the final wave of cuts but re-signed.  read more |
