Lol. Well at least the defense gave the offense chances to win. Drew and Co couldn't get it done. Man....that was ridiculous. I guess the defense is improving. Lol.

How many 3rd and forevers did the defense give up?

This was a total team loss; offense, defense, special teams, coaching. Hell I would blame the ushers and peanut vendors!

Can't put this on the Defense. They gave up two 3rd and long plays and your going to say that's why we lost?

This was all on the offense and special teams, along with poor coaching.

If your that blind I'm not going to bother arguing with you. Get over your fixation that this offense and namely Brees/Payton is without reproach. Two games in a row the offense has performed poorly, had the chance to win at the end and couldn't.

No, I'm not going to have fun with it. I'm wondering how many here even have a clue as to what the "bagheads" were about?

Anybody that chooses to wear a bag today totally disrespects what the fans from the late 70's and early 80's endured and why those few hundred out of tens of thousands of loyal Saints fans donned those bags late in 1980 and the first part of 1981.

Anybody that tries to draw attention to themselves by wearing a bag disrespects Buddy D and his protest against Saints management to spend the money to get quality players.

Anybody that dares calling the team the Aint's when the franchise has been enjoying it's finest era ever disrespects all of those fans who never gave up, never stopped watching, never stopped attending, never stopped believing ... never stopped!

Who we have on our roster and in our front office give us the best chance possible to stay relevant and competitive in today's NFL environment.

Wait until we have gone a decade without any attempt to attract a top free agent. Wait until we have gone ten, no thirteen years without a winning record before disrespecting those "baghead" rebels from 35 years ago.

Hell no! I lived through that and this is heaven on Earth as a fan in comparison.

This current team does remind me of the baghead era a little bit. That locker room was rotten to the core, riddled with cocaine and trouble, and the team roster was filled with marginal players, club rats and party animals with enormous ego and personal problems, just like today. It was inexplicable to fans how they could be so bad each week, so frustrating, and so erratic. Until a couple years later when it all came out in the wash, that the locker room was a complete disaster behind the scenes, and the players had been hoovering up blow and partying, the whole time, and that the coach was oblivious and had completely lost control of the team. Hmmm.
