maybe top 25 rookie performance? too much? displace an undrafted free agent maybe? still much? be in condition and play well enough to make the active roster?
you cannot tritely say you win some and lose some, especially when you have traded two first round picks to move up and get a guy that might have been tabbed as the 2nd-4th DT pick but no one had tabbed as high as #6. these are make or break franchise decisions. i\'m not crying over spilled milk cuz he is no dewayne robertson or kevin williams. it is that such a reach was made, failed so terribly, and there seems to be so little accountability from the player, the coaches, and the front office. i would have respected haz and the front office more if they would have released him with shaun smith even if he went on to real player status somewhere else. |

that has been the stupidest move in franchise-recent history..that and all the picks given for ricky.
we could have used those picks to grab 2 good solid if not great players..but we got fat albert instead..and this versions not even funny. |

Well..if any consolation can be given....at least we have paid in full for him with the draft....we no longer owe picks...so that part has allready passed...
The money issue is the real nail in the back...and..as of now..there is no immediate fix that we can do there... |
