this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I have not read anything about Brees being traded this year. I have saw where people want him traded after the season. That also will not happen. No one will pick him up for a 1 year 27 million contract. ...

I have not read anything about Brees being traded this year. I have saw where people want him traded after the season. That also will not happen. No one will pick him up for a 1 year 27 million contract. Our only bet is to keep him or out right release him. I love seeing Drew in N.O. but I think it's time for him to go. Payton has destroyed the last 2 seasons and any chance Drew or the Saints could win a Championship anytime soon. I say next year drop him and Payton. Send Evans, Colston and byrd home also.
