Re-watched the game:Observations
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Throwing to Cooks on 3rd down and he's nowhere near the marker. Saw that twice. Maybe the thought is his speed can get it there or he is breaking the route too soon. I don't know but it is not ...
