Re: Eagles Next
I have to disagree on WRs. They also have Agholor who is great young player. Problem is shaky QB play.

Bradford threw for 3 TD's and 307 yds with no TO's last week. He is legit. |

Re: Eagles Next
I am concerned about a couple of things. I am scared of a team that looks as dysfunctional as they do. We might be the nut this blind squirrel stumbles across.
I am scared of their front 7. They have a lot of playmakers and pass rushers and Streif, Lelito and nicked up Armstead concern me in pass protection. They are also relatively adept at covering the short passing game and being disruptive. I would feel much more confident with a downfield passing attack but Brees' shoulder limits that option. And of course Sproles and Matthews and limiting them. I think this is a week we get alot of QB pressure and maybe force an INT but as said, they are a wounded animal backed in a corner with alot of quality veterans that don't like being embarrassed. We will see. |

I'm more concerned if they start using Ryan Matthews and Sproles. They will cause us problems in space. |

Re: Eagles Next
Agholor may have a break out, but it's doubtful. He has speed aplenty, but he tends to have too many drops. Sometimes, a first rounder does not equal NFL ready talent. I just hope he doesn't break form for this game! LOL

Also, now that it appears that Peyton will take is new CJ toy out to play, things may start to get more exciting.....so long as our O line can do their job. |

Re: Eagles Next
Against Philadelphia
Matthews so far is not looking that good, Marshall, Garcon, TWill, and Jones number 1 wideouts have all scored on him this season. This is Cooks chance to show that. However, this is probably the game Snead needs to get looks. In a road game like this Coleman does not have the mentality to stay focused in this game and Colston has lost crucial games. We need Snead! Can't throw to Watson either as eagles stop TEs. Now for the running game, I'm concerned here. Ingram and Robinson are inconsistent. Ingram might have problems here because we have no passing game for them to focus on. We need Spiller involved ALOT. We might also have to call a lot of screens but not east west screens(that will be bad), but slot screens, like Spiller gets to run before making a catch. The run defense has gotten better but this is three RBs we are dealing with. They will not shy away from the run no matter what. Bradford is not targeting Agholor enough and chances are Lewis will be guarding him anyway. I am not afraid of Josh Huff or Riley Cooper. Swann or Breaux need to contain Matthews. Then there is Ertz. I am expecting Sproles to do well and Matthews or Murray. The key is stopping Matthews and Ertz. And Hocker better be getting ready for this because he will be attempting at least three field goals. |
