Re: Benjamin Watson
I love me some Colston ..... but Alaska is honest ..... THIS SEASON Colston has dropped most of his passes. Keepin' it real.
Right now, beginning to love me some BW. |

Re: Benjamin Watson
Indeed it really was. Maybe some people didn't get the memo yet, about how special that game last night was.... I don't know what it may have looked like through the pane of glass on TV, but everywhere I looked around me inside the Dome, that was the warmest, fuzziest, happiest Dome I have been a part of, for quite a long time now. Over the years I may have seen Dome crowds that have been louder, or that were meaner or crazier. But the whole Dome was just really rocking to the rafters, last night....I think folks really needed to feel that.
Watson's TD was...really sweet. |

No, I'm not kidding you. I have been trying to convince all around here for the past couple of years that Watson is a playmaker and just needs to be given a chance. He finally got that chance last night.

Re: Benjamin Watson
It's too bad Watson is so long in the tooth. He doesn't have many years left. Was hoping Hill would develop more than he has.

Re: Benjamin Watson
Brees showed the same thing last night with Watson as he has done over the years with Graham, just like he can with others that can get open and catch the balls thrown their way. By no means I take anything away from the way Watson played last night he was getting open and caught just about everything thrown his way. Brees did a good job of finding the open man and not throwing into closed windows(forcing the ball) when they were not there. Game manage is what he done, nothing fancy but safe for the most part.

Re: Benjamin Watson
I love Ben and I was all choked up to witness his career night.
I live and die by the NFL network and this morning I caught an interview with Ben. I was impressed, but I hold him in high regard and I often catch him on The Kelly File on Fox. Well, I also caught Drew. When Drew spoke about Ben, the emotion, the respect, the clarity in Drew's words caused me to choke up with awe. It is very obvious Ben has impacted Drew's life beyond football. ' |
