looking at the positive:
Payton/Carmicheal woke up and realized Brees wouldn't have the same pocket, so they called a ton of play action and rollouts.
Good adjustment to the situation

If the entire starting lineup got injured last night but we drubbed the Falcons soundly, I would still be totally ecstatic.

Mission accomplished!!!

So long as we get healthy before the next Craplanta game and beat them again and go 3-13, it's like winning Superbowl for me the season!!!

Did Hills play well? Peat went out in the 1st quarter. He must have been OK because I think Drew was only sacked once.

he didn't look too bad, but Brees could have made you and me look like Munoz and John Hannah last night: moved well, quick releases, took hits -----best game Brees has had in 2 years.
I think Hills had one false start, but was inconspicuous otherwise
