look no one fears our WR and TE so 8 in the box it is. Stop the run against a patch worked OL is simple as pie in defensive game planning.

Big problem is that the running is predictable yet inconcistent. If Ingram is in there it will probably be between the tackles with him trying to cut back and fail in doing so.

Robinson will try to take it to the outside but we most likely won't be able to set an edge.

He carried the ball 20 times last week for about 40 yds.

We need to get rid of the zone blocking scheme. Then we need to start running out of less predictable formations. It's that simple. The zone blocking scheme has been a complete failure.

Im convinced that Ingram runs the way Payton tells him too. He does pack a wallop so he gives Ingram the ball to knock around the defense and then surprises them every once and a while getting him a screen pass. Wears down defenses and opens up a pass play for him. It works in theory at least..
