True, I really expected the young players to get better and better as the year went along. We have some very good, but extremely young up and coming players. I didn't expect a top 10 defense, but we don't need one. A mid-pack defense would have been good enough. We absolutely had the talent for that. The big blows were losing that idiot Galette (although I agree with cutting him), and injuries to Keenan Lewis, Glen Foster, Broderick Bunkley, and Jarius Byrd. But thats no excuse for the worst defense in the history of Earth. |
