backups...........good ems.............
while we need to address some fields, i remain sold on good backups...they are the key to the superbowl...(that is, once you have the core) example: new england........they did not miss a step with injuries.......how did they do it? coaching? .........selecting?.......... a mix of both?......... have any of you ever heard of some of their backups?
back to the draft and free agency. in the draft there are so many diamonds, how do they find them? free agency, the same thing and at great prices, but how do they find them? oviously, these are players that are smart, teachable, and can step in when needed....back to coaching......if the staff knows what to look for, how to train, and bring out the best in the chosen ones, and foremost, how to weed out the bad ones,(the most important moves) should'nt they be the ones to get the credit? or, do the selected ones get the credit as well? however they make it work, it works......i've always believed that simplicity is the best way to go. why make it complicated? to me, new england is simplicity in it's most awesome form........one that works.........hass, i suggest you take new england 101 before the start of the season,,,i kinda think you took a sneak peak the last 4 games......smitty |
