Screw it! Trade our draft picks for great coaches. Talent is nothing if it isn't developed. Even Browner's going to make the pro bowl somewhere else once he's done with the lack of coaching here.

(1) - acquire more talent through the draft. I would only look at trades if it involves us getting another draft pick.

At this point we need to come to grips with who we are and start building exclusively through the draft going forward.
