All of these players have plenty of gas in the tank. Miller is a very big and talented tackle and we all know who the other 3 are. Well besides Carter, because we have no need for him, any one of these players can upgrade our team significantly. |

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/player...e?statsId=4305 even with the latest rap against him-YES even though he is ranked 238 by cbs.sportsline.com mason http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/player...e?statsId=3988 maybe miller http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/player...e?statsId=3660 kinda old..but is he a good tackle? we do need this position The Buccaneers have a lot of work to do in terms of trimming cap room, and one interesting player to watch is linebacker Derrick Brooks. He will have a cap figure of $9.65 million if the does not agree to a restructured contract. The Bucs could save about $4 million against the cap if they let Brooks walk. He is still playing at a high level, but he\'ll be 32 in April. At some point, age has to be a concern. If Brooks did come free, the Colts would likely love to add him. He played for Tony Dungy in Tampa, and the two have a strong relationship. Brooks\' leadership could be just what the young Colts defense needs. It\'s doubtful the Bucs will let him go, but holding onto players too long is a dangerous thing in the NFL. We saw last year the Bucs were willing to let veterans walk -- John Lynch and Warren Sapp -- no matter what they have done in the past. Bruce Allen and Jon Gruden took a ton of heat for that, but it was the right thing to do. Sapp did nothing for the Raiders, while Lynch went to the Pro Bowl on reputation alone. As one opposing coach said this week, \"he was awful.\" cbs.sportsline.com |

buzz is that the owner would like to see mcnair retire now too since they are in full rebuild mode. g.m. reese said next year they will be the youngest team in the league. i think this further supplants the talk that they wanna move down in the draft for more at less cost. if derrick johnson is still on board there i wouldnt be disappointed for a move up as long as it did not entail this year\'s #2 pick.
