Maybe he's figuring the amount of passing they normally do will suffice, you know, factoring in the blown coverages and penalties by Browner,

No plans to pass more than four out of every five plays... I heard they've actually implemented several new plays for the week. Browner 1 Slant, Browner 2 Go, Browner 3 Fly ....
