Don't agree that Sheldon Rankins will have the success in the NFL as he has flashed at Louisville or at the offseason draft process, because his limited size...

Having the right players in the right assignments with the right skill set should be paramount, and this article illustrates that point and can help give a better understanding going into the draft...

If you get a chance, check out Jeremiah & Bucky Brooks (Stock Up, Stock Down) Podcast from 4/13. J is claiming that Tread could actually be a day two selection based on his talks with various NFL team scouts/staff .

I thought that was interesting.

Sorry JP Treadwell going to the giants makes a ton of sense to me.

Hagan...that's been my concern, San Fran or G'nats...

I'd be okay if Treadwell is gone when we select; but I'd be pissed if we took a two down defensive lineman and Treadwell was still there...

If I'm taking a first rounder, he better be seeing maximum snaps...

What is interesting is that of the top half teams listed on this page, the Saints have only three rumors listed...less than half of any other team...

I don't get all the kettle clanging for Noah Spence or any edge rusher...

We just drafted Kikaha and Tull last season; plus you've got Edebali left on the bench...

Give 'em a chance or trade 'em for something that fits Dennis Allen's (Gregg Williams) stale 4-3 front...

Was hoping we might finally see a 3-4 front when Payton mentioned Kikaha & Co. focused more rushing from the edge...

I highly doubt the Saints FO will draft either player, however I just want to throw those two names out there to stir the pot on a Monday morning .

But at the end of the day, I want a D lineman in the trenches and/or pass rusher (see Carolina).
