In a fantasy world, we would be able to sign Hartwell, Rolle, Mason, etc... But realistically who are some players do you think would fit into our team that would make us better and be affordable?

I like Sam Cowart MLB, Kevin Johnson WR, Anthony Henry CB, Michael Cloud RB for depth, Oliver Ross OT, Seth Payne DT, Todd McMillon CB, Ken Lucas CB, Marlon McCree FS, and I'm sure there are a few others available that can be had not breaking the bank. None superstars, but all pretty solid and most importantly football players. No lazy fatarses here.

Or we can just sign Hartwell or Smoot and call it an offseason which I would in my fantasy world like to see. ;) Other needs can be addressed through the draft.
