New Orleans Saints can learn a lot from NFL's final four: Jeff Duncan
There are 28 other head coaches that could do the same thing.
Sean Payton has always been a student of the NFL. The New Orleans Saints head coach doesn't just study Xs and Os. He also analyzes the league's successful teams and what makes them tick. It's why he calls the New England Patriots "the IBM of the NFL." At some point during their offseason roster construction plans, Payton and the Saints football operations staff will look at the trends from this past season, what worked for the league's elite teams and what didn't work for the also-rans.
