Re: Watch'em if you've got'em...
It was that game that ultimately turned me into a Saints fan.
Id been watching the NFL on and off for a few years. I was working a night shift and in them days we had no wifi access and couldn't bring laptops in. So i was listening to the radio and suprisungly for me BBC Radio 5 was broadcasting the game. I was pretty impartial pregame but as the game went on snd all the story of the team, post Katrina etc just had me rooting for the Saints. A few years later when i decided it was time to pin my colours to the mast i left my love on nasty nosed running and tough defense on the table for remembering how i felt listening to that game in yhe early hours of the morning in work |
"Two receivers to the left, Garcon to the right. Manning in the shotgun, puts Collie in motion. Looks in his direction...it's picked off! It's picked off! It's Tracy Porter again! He's runnin' free! He's gonna go all the way!

I fully expect Carolina to win it all now that Brady is out of the way... |

Did you see what Denver's defense did to Brady?! They made him look like a rookie. Denver has every chance in the world against Carolina.

Yes Denver's D looked great - that's my point - it was not Manning that won that game...
I truly hope they stomp Scumbag Nostones and the Panthers with that D. The Saints would have played these guys a better game than the Cards. |
