For me...
I'm pulling for cam. It's good for business.

Also I think he has matured a bit. I do like the fact that he loves the game, before I couldn't stand the guy but now that I am forced to watch him, he just loves football.

And it's good for business too lol.

Matured a bit? Did you even watch the game in the Superdome this year? He was mixing it up with the Saints players pregame, interrupting them as they practiced. He's apparently allowed to because "he's having fun out there." The guy has been spoiled all his life.

If we had a guy do the same stunt no one would care...

Can't have it both ways. Our players have done a lot of that type of stuff to ATL, it's why rivalries are what they are. I never said he is a role model, and I am not fan of him, but some of you take his actions far to personally. It's like he came to your house and slapped your mom... We're talking about football here.

Going further, what off the field issues has he had? He isn't like Johnny football getting into trouble. Cam Jordan has had more issues than Cam Newton; so when we talk about maturity you need to have a clear understanding of what that is.

Joe Horn was the closest thing to Newton and I didn't like his behavior when he got a TD or a long gain. So I don't expect to have it both ways. I don't want it both ways.

I could go back 10 or 20 years in my life and list out all the stupid things I have done but is that a good reflection of my character today?

I don't love the guy... I just don't hate him.

As Saints players were warming up and stretching, Cam was running straight through their warmups. The guy is an a##hole and the rest of the NFL are in love with him.

It is not "having fun" playing the game when you rub it in the face of the opposing defense when you score, it's classless. Go take some lessons from Colston on scoring celebrations and teamwork. Would love to see his punk ass throw 3-4 INTs in the superbowl and cost his team the game, karma is a *****. GO BRONCO's!!!! Yuk

I don't have a problem with his celebration, with that said I think it would be wise of him to do the celebration in his own stadium instead of the opposing team's stadium. If I was defensive coordinator I would tell my defensive ends to lay him out anytime they run 'qb run option' I don't care if he have the ball or not. If he try to superman over the goal line the linebackers better try to take his head off. If he don't show respect the defensive players should earn it.
