Not necessarily. Right now the Saints are so thin at CB they can't go 2-3 weeks with one on the roster not being able to play. It was like the Spiller deal, they had no choice.

I guess it still makes sense. Neither Strief or Armstead has a true OT backup.

I have been a little worried with Armstead always on the injury list.
It could well be nothing but he is on the limited/questionable list a fair bit

I'd rather see the two rookies play over whats on the street at this time anyway. If they can pull through its will be god for the future

We need to just do like Carolina and draft 3-4 CB's next year.

Adoree' Jackson I am getting a man crush on. He might be the best all around player in the draft. Right there with Christian McCaffrey. 40 time is one thing but 60, 80 and 100 is another. This kid has some serious long speed. Love the way he has improved his tackling.

Saints swing a deal and land both

Adoree' Jackson CB/WR/KR
Christian McCaffrey RB/WR/KR

would change the athletic talent on both sides of the ball like adding Mike McKinney and Reggie Bush all in one year
