2016 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook

Found this interesting - we may be going old school with jersey numbers as all numbers from #40 throught #99 have been issued except #80.

It's been a real looooong time since we had a defensive end wear a number in the 80's; by the counts, though, I'd say someone is heading for a waiver/injury settlement and that jersey will probably be recycled...

I know it's early in TC but I haven't heard a whole lot of conversation about Fleener.

He's coming along... Still trying to establish chemistry with Brees and do things the way Brees wants when it comes to running routes, etc. I haven't heard anything negative about him so far. The guy that is still a ghost is Josh Hill. I've heard more about Chris Manhertz than Hill.

I'm really liking the depth we currently have @ WR.

Side note - I know Payton doesn't elaborate on injuries to players but is Darryl Tapp nursing an injury of some sort?

I think he was out there at practice observing though so that's good.

Question: If Peat looks that good playing Left Tackle, do you consider moving Armstead to Right Tackle? Kick Strief inside?
