NFL salary cap expected to be at least $155 million in 2016
The NFL salary cap is expected to be at least $155 million for the 2016 season, the NFL Network reported Monday. That would be an approximate jump of $12 million from 2014.
The actual salary cap number will not be calculated until a few days before the new league year begins March 9, an NFL Players Association representative said Monday.  The cap-strapped New Orleans Saints are thought to be below the $155 million figure as the team prepares for the beginning of the new league year and opening of free agency. read more | |
